We are using a templated form, located here: https://www.finstaff.com/application/.
For some reason, it suddently is all garbled. It should look like this:
I have no idea what happened... It is a secured form, and all parts of the code have "https"... Again, it was working, but suddenly it is not working. It appears like this:Page URL:

MaxCDN (the CDN we use to serve your forms faster) was down in some regions and we disabled it 5 hours ago. That fixed the problem.
