Bestellformular PDF in HTML ausfüllbaren online Formular

Hallo, ich würde gern mein Bestellformular, welches es auf Papier in einer richtigen Formatierung gibt auf meiner Webseite veröffentlichen. Dafür will ich dieses Formular gerne hochladen und online ausführbar machen. Ich habe das mit dem Tool von der Webseite schon probiert, doch leider wird dann die Formatierung auf der Webseite umgeändert. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit das ich diese PDF Datei einfach hochladen kann und online genau diese PDF Datei ausführbar ist in der genau gleichen Formatierung wie die Ursprungsdatei. Vielleicht etwas kompliziert aber würde mich über eine Antwort freuen vielen Dank

Our PDF editor will always try to replicate the design of the uploaded PDF file but sometimes, due to the complexity of the design, it may not be able to do so. However, the fields are still mapped 100% accurately. This means that once the form is filled out, you can download the original PDF file filled with details already.

We can try to modify how the form's design(by injecting CSS code) when filling it out but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to replicate the exact design as the PDF file.
