Hi, the time in jotfrom in "inbox" matches correctly. However, once I integrate it to google sheets, it moves 5 hours ahead. I have already checked both the timezone of Jotform and google sheets/calendar, but I can't seem to find anything wrong with it. I've also tried removing the integration and redo it but still no luck. :(

this is the current sheet that I'm linking with. Thx in advance.

    Hi there,

Our apologies for the inconvenience. I am able to replicate this issue at my end too. This seems to be a bug, I've reported this to the Backend team.

We'll get back to you as soon as we hear from them.

Thank you for bringing this to our notice.

    Hi,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. The problem is now fixed. The issue was related to the timezone offset for DST and a fix was applied to correct it.

Please check it again with new submissions. You may also want to re-integrate your form with Google Sheets to get the correct submissions time stamp.
