I have created a new form which is giving me alot of trouble in terms of notification emails. All my other forms seem to notify me okay when I test them, so I don't think it is my comcast.net account that is blocking them. (I have checked spam as well)
The form that is not notifying me is Gallery 24 - Small Holiday Paintings. The other forms: Replacement Artwork Consignment for works fine.
I can't figure out what is wrong. I tried clearing my cookies and cache on my Chrome browser. I tried using a different sender email (noreply@formresponse instead of noreply@jotform) and that worked the first time, but did not work on tries after that.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
-Kaaren
P.S. My email is kaarenmarquez@comcast.net

Hello,
Please try using your own SMTP as the sender email. You can check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-how-to-setup-smtp-for-a-form/
We have users also having issues with Comcast email. My suggestion, try creating a new notification email.
One notification email - Comcast email
One notification email - Gmail account email
In this way, you have a backup notification email alert. Please try my suggestion about your own SMTP and let us know if that works for you.
