Advanced filtering for HTML Reports

    filtering should be available
    0) the same on HTML report as with Visual report (grid)
    1) for a field (type dropdown) also for logic "is emtpy" or "arbritary value"
    2) for a (=one) field (type dropdown) with 2 values ... not just 1 value

    We can escalate this as a feature request if you require, but could you provide us more explanation on points 1 and 2 so that we can suitable forward them to our back-end team?

    with tpye HTML or Grid View you can only generate a report showing all the records.

    => no filter option

    ad 1)

    this filter should include the following options for fields of type "dropdown"

    • value = one specific value of the dropdown definition
    • value = arbitrary value (any value, but not empty/unset)
    • value = unset (was not set so far)

    ad 2)

    this filter should include the following options for fields of type "dropdown"

    • value = valueA AND/OR valueB
      .... valueA, valueB, valueC, ..... are preset options of this dropdown.

    We added it as a feature request.


    To my understanding, you want to add some advanced filtering options to HTML Report. Especially for "Dropdown" fields.


    Please, note that we do not have the information about when or whether this feature will be implemented.

    However, we will surely inform you once we hear something back from our development team.


    Also, we might ask some additional questions further if needed.
