    Hello trumpetfinancial,

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

    Do you want to send submission email to the email address which is input by user? I did check your form and hopefully I have understood your requirement.

    You want to send email to the email address which user input in "Team Member Email" and if user does not input any email address, you want the emails to be sent to "customer.service@trumpetfinancial.com.au". Is that correct?

    You can take advantage of our "Conditions" feature to send email after form is submitted. The following guide should help you achieve your requirement:  http://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection

    You need to set condition that if "Team Member Email" is empty, send email to "customer.service@trumpetfinancial.com.au"

    another condition:

    If "Team Member Email" is filled, send email to the input value of field by adding the field name instead of email address. Eg:  in case of your form it should be like this {teamMember}

    The following guide should help you find out field names:  http://www.jotform.com/help/146-How-to-find-Field-IDs-Names

    Hope this helps.

    Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
