It would be great to just have the one calendar report for this purpose.Also any news on google calendar integration please?Thanks for your helpCheers

Unfortunately, I don't think that is possible. You can create a calendar report, but this should be done on an individual form: How to create a Calendar Report?
Try to access our Sub-Master App: http://apps.jotform.com/app/submaster. See if you find something that would accomplish your requirements.
Unfortunately, we don't have an update with the Google Calendar Integration. If you want to get updates in the future, I would advise to create a separate request thread.
