A customer sent us an image file along with his form data. When clicking on the link to view the image, this is what we see:

After searching the web for more information, I have learned that there are two reasons why this could happen. One is due to a virus, and the other is due to Microsoft mistakenly flagging the file's url as something that's malicious.
Is there an option below the error where you can report to Microsoft that the url in question is safe? If yes, please do. It will take a few days to have it unflagged, though. If there is none, you may want to install an antivirus if you don't have one yet. Scan your computer to remove all infections.
Hope any of these solutions work for you. Let us know if you have additional questions or concerns regarding this problem.
We will await your response. Thank you for using Jotform!
