    A customer sent us an image file along with his form data.  When clicking on the link to view the image, this is what we see:

    s3.amazonaws.com
     
      We recommend that you do not continue to this website.
     
    Recommended icon Go to my home page instead
      This website has been reported to Microsoft for containing threats to your computer that might reveal personal or financial information.

    Hi,

    After searching the web for more information, I have learned that there are two reasons why this could happen. One is due to a virus, and the other is due to Microsoft mistakenly flagging the file's url as something that's malicious.

    Is there an option below the error where you can report to Microsoft that the url in question is safe? If yes, please do. It will take a few days to have it unflagged, though. If there is none, you may want to install an antivirus if you don't have one yet. Scan your computer to remove all infections.

    The easiest (and fastest) solution is to use another browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.
