Incorrect result in calculating dates

Hi Folks

I've tried the calculations for dates to Add 364.25 days to a specific date and the results keep coming up with 1899.

I basically want to have a Membership Start date calculation 12months to the Day for membership end date.

Also the Membership 14day cool off period also should add 14 days to the start dates but seems to add the wrong year?

See attached images, is there a format for the dates or a criteria I need to make sure the Dates are related to this Century! :-)

I've checked your form and tried to replicate the calculations that you've used in generating a date after 12 months (365 days) and 14 days was able to generate the correct date. The result posted on the tables has a correct date as well.
