How can I submit multifile forms and one summary email for apporval?

Hi, Would like to know if its possible to submit multipile forms then sends only one approval email ? This can be triggred with any conditions.

Hi,

I would like to add a button for new record and it should add an additional page for input. At the end summary of all products should go for an approval.

Example :

Form Data :

Product Serial :1234

Proudct Model :A1

<Add Records>

Product Serial (1):4567

Product Modle (2):A2

<Submit>

Approval Template :

Serial Model

1234 A1

4567 A2

Unfortunately, the JotForm Approval Flow does not work like this. The Approval workflow will get triggered as soon as the form is submitted, depending on how it is set up. Each submission will have its own approval flow and the emails generated due to the flow are separate as well.
