Forms going to spam

    Hello,

I work at a mental health outpatient office and use Jotform for new client paperwork. Recently, clients are reporting that Jotform emails are going to their spam folders. This is across the board with emails -- including gmail, which a lot of our clients use. Is there anyway that this can be resolved so that the emails with forms do not go to spam?

    Hi,

I would suggest that they add Jotform's email(noreply@jotform.com) to their contact list to prevent our emails from going to spam.

You can also visit this link for a guide of other ways on how you can prevent this from happening again: How to Prevent Emails from Landing in Gmail’s Spam Folder.

I hope this helps. Please reach out to us if you need further assistance. Thank you!
