Good morning,
I was charged a $348 fee from Jotform and I am unaware of why. Can you please explain those charges? We are a non-profit and I submitted the required information at the start of our subscription.

Hello Tiffany,
I checked your account and it seems like you were getting the 50% non-profit discount on our Silver plan. You billing history only shows that you paid $234 ($19.50/mo for 12 months) as shown on your invoice instead of the regular price which is $468 ($39/mo for 12 months) a year ago.
We do not see a $348 charge on your billing history. Please provide us with the following so we can do further investigation.
- username/email associated to the account that has $348 charge.
- Date and time of charge.
- Last four of the card used.
Thank you! We will wait for your response.

The charge was deducted on 11/2/2021 for $348. Here is the screenshot. Is there a reason the price is different than the previous year?

Please accept my apology for the confusion. I did check your account and found that non-profit discount is not applied. Last year you upgraded account with welcome discount which gave 50% discount on yearly plan. Since it was a one time discount and the subscription is always renewed with regular pricing, you were charged $348.
I did check our records but could not locate any application for non-profit discount. Please click on the following URL to apply for non-profit discounts and upload relevant documents: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing
Once your application is approved, we will switch your subscription to non-profit pricing.
We will wait for your response.
