Terms and Conditions widget is detected as not secure when SSL is used to the form

Asked by kikirikey on March 19, 2014 at 07:21 AM

When i enter my form Google Chorme and other browsers show a warning saying SSL is not fully secured-

Instead of displaying the Green padlock and HTTPS in green, it appear a triangle on top with a warning.

The site uses the SSL certificate, but Google Chrome has detected insecure content on the page.

I need to find a solution asap to this problem, do you know what i should do ?

The Terms and Conditions widget is causing the issue to the secure form. Let me forward this thread to our developers so they can further check the investigate.

For now, I would advise to use this workaround for adding your terms and conditions widget: Adding a License Agreement to a Form

We have just fixed the widget problem on secure forms. The cache of the form may need to be cleared though. So, you need to open the form on form builder and then click on save button.
