I run into the same problem with my german form builder than others with non-english form builders. Everytime I type in translations (to english) and close the translation dialog everything is gone after reopening it. (Yes I click on the save button for the line and for the dialog)
This does not happen when using the english form builder.
What I noticed too is that the translation dialog won't close after clicking the save button. The english form builder does that..
The german form builder just don't remembers the previous translations...
Please fix that, I don't want to translate my all fields of my form over and over again..

Thank you for your reply!

I tested and when I click the first general save it doesn't accept, but when I hit go back and then save, it saves the translation:
If this is the procedure you are using, can you please tell us what browser are you using. You can also try to clear your browser's cache to see if it solves.
Let us know if the problem persists.

Thanks for your reply and the screencast.
You checked it with the english form builder..which does work somehow when clicking go back and so on..
Now do the same test with the german form builder.. Have a look at my screencast:
I think the main problem is that the "last" save button does not save it and doesn't close the language select dialog. You can see that clearly in the screencast.. I have to close it via the X.
I used the latest Firefox, new profile, empty cache and a new blank form for the screencast.

I believe the issue was fix. I've tried it here and the button is working. Check it here: https://shots.jotform.com/welvin/gif/german-translation.gif. Please confirm to your end.

I checked that on my side.
Well, the issue that the save button was not closing the dialog is fixed.
What is not fixed, is the fact that no translations are saved. Never, ever. But only if you use the german form builder.
I did a screencast for you to demonstrate the issue.http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/c2h0XAnzGw
Please note: German Form Builder -> The language add/remove dialoge is english. The translations get saved when pressing the field-save button, but the form-save button does nothing. Thats why the "untranslated elements warning" shows up when closing the dialog!

Thanks for the confirmation with regards to the original issue that was fixed.
I split the second problem as a new thread, please go here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/382270
