Deleted Trash, but still saying out of upload space.

    I just emptied out 795 submissions from the trash. can you please clear the cache so I can have my jotforms enabled??? Our company relies on this and if we can't have this cleared asap, we may need to look at other options.


    It's been 45 minutes. I just cleared out MORE. I now have 50 GBs of available space, but my team cannot access the form because we're reached out "quota".


    Please have this fixed ASAP!! If you can tell me how to clear out the cache myself, that'd be appreciate. If I cannot clear the cache myself, please let me know that so I don't waste time trying to figure out how to do it.

    Fixed it. Just needed to clear the cache. Didn't see your response from last time! Thank you!

    I checked your account and it is in good status. I also can see that you have 44.65 GB of your file storage space.
