How to get approval flow status and details back in PDF?

    When accessing my PDF in PDF Editor, a pop-up showed up that said I made changes to my form and asked me to confirm, so I did. When I confirmed, it removed the approval status (near the top) and approval workflow details (near the bottom). How can I get those elements back in my PDF?

    Hi there,

    The changes that you have made to the form or approval flow, affected your original PDF connected to the form. The elements you are referring to in your request can be assigned back through the PDF Editor. First, you open the form in the Form Builder/Smart PDF Forms, where we can see that the elements for the Approval process are missing. So from there, we select the PDF Editor where those elements can be assigned to the document.

    You can also achieve the same by going into Form Settings and choosing Customize Style on the Original PDF File.

    Thank you. I was able to resolve this by deleting and recreating the PDF document.
