Product Availability

Hello,

I am looking to create a product request form where a user inputs a specific product name. The form would then check that product name against a list of currently available products. If it's not listed, it would then direct them to form where they can input their contact information to be contacted when the product is available.

Does JotForm have the functionality to validate against a list of current products?

Hi,

This is possible using the spreadsheet to form widget. You would need to create a sheet of all the products and use the widget to check if the name is in the sheet.

You may use conditions after that to redirect the user to a different form.
