Why isn't a jotform notification being sent to the two email addresses that I have on file for this form?

    I've tried sending several test emails, but when I look in my email, I don't see that jotform submission that I usually do with all my other forms. Please help.

    I've check email recipients of your form and its not in our bounce list. I also check our Mail Logs and it appears that all submission/entries successfully submitted in your email recipient.
