Not receiving emails from Jot Form

Hello, I have waited several times for Jot Form to send me an email to confirm my email but it never shows.

Also, I just built a form and did a test submission but it's not emailing the form.

Can you please look into this for me?

I checked our logs, and a verification email has already been sent to your email waiting to be confirmed. Kindly please check your spam/junk folder and see if the email has landed there.
