I saw the following form that you have on your site: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/23088518389971? that does a good job of selecting 1-3 people and entering info for each. I have the same type of form on my page, however I can't get the details to show correctly. For instance, when I select 2 additional attendees, I only see option one.

You cannot apply a"show" action to the same field across multiple rules. This is because they all run at the same time, so that causes a conflict.
To correct this, Please change your conditional rules as shown below:

This is great. Thank you so much. Now the only problem is that the Register button at the bottom went away.
How do i get it back?
Can you just modify the form in my account?
Just set the status of the last form collapse to "open"
