How do I make changes to an assigned form?

How do I make changes to an assigned form? The form I made that I want to keep, and make some changes to is in Assigned Forms and you can't seem to hover over... there is no option except to view form or view submissions.

Are you still referring to form #212802598394262?

If so, as per checking, it's under a different account and that account is associated with mi***l***b****tpi@gmail.com. If you forgot the password of the said account, then you may reset it using its email.
