Monitor Submission Time vs. Time we Receive the Request

    Hello,

    I'm currently working in my form "Forage support request" and we are being asked to track when individuals submit the form vs. when it arrives in our email system.


    We have individuals all over the world that are submitting these requests, so I'm curious to know if the report shows their time zone of submission time or my time zone of submission time.

    For example, we had an individual in a 1-hour time zone difference than our own. When I ran the submissions report, it shows that they sent it 1-hour later than when we received it (because their time zone is 1 hour later).

    Is there a way to default our submission spreadsheet to always show submission dates/times in the CT time zone?

    Hello,

    Are you referring to Submission Time? Your submissions time should be synced with your account's local time. Kindly make sure if the timezone you have set up in your account is correct. You can find the settings here: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    Hello!

    As an administrator of the form itself, I typically run the "Submissions" Report that can be found under the Data Section for my form. On that Submissions Report, I typically export to Excel, where it shows me the date and the time of submission. When we are viewing the time of submission, we notice that some of the submission times located on that report are different than the time we receive them in our email inbox.

    The question is - are we able to show the submissions on that report always in the time zone we have set as our system default, or will we always see their submission time in their personal time zone (not ours).

    Hello there,

    The timestamps you see in the report are displayed based on the timezone you have configured in your account.
