My form is set up and active but it is not accepting credit cards. I am fine if it will not allow credit cards and PayPal both but I can't figure out
Please help me eliminate the credit card payment option on my form as soon as possible! it is causing problems for my customers.

As per checking, the form is using Product List where it needs to connect/integrate to a payment vendor.
If you want to eliminate the payment option, you might want to use Purchase Order which allows you to create payment forms without payment vendor integration.
By switching from Product List to Purchase Order.
After clicking the three dots, select Switch to another gateway option from the PAYMENTS tab.
Scroll down and select Purchase Order
The Payment Gateway will be changed to Purchase Order, continue by clicking the OK button.
The form no longer shows Credit Card or PayPal payment option
You probably want to clone your form and practice on the cloned form before applying to the original form.
