Hello,
My Jotform (New Loan Submission) is not populating in Monday. I had it integrated with the board and it was populating fine. Then we were told that your Integration methods had changed and that you are now using the app. It's working, but it will not populate my forms anymore. I've attached a screenshot for you to see what I am talking about. If you look at the earlier submissions, you'll see that the form was populating, but the last several ones are not populating.
Please let me know. It's really hurting my business right now and slowing us up.

Hi there - Apologies for the inconvenience.
I checked your form and see that it's currently disconnected to Monday.
Please try re-integrating your form and it should fix the issue.

Hello I reintegrated the form and it works on the "test" but it's not working on an actual form. Please see the screenshots below. The first one shows that I chose the option for it to update all the information on the form so that it populates on the board. It works when I test the integration, but (as shown in the second screenshot) it's doing something else. Also, I removed the integration with WebHooks thinking that was causing the problem. Could you please re-integrate it with Jotform if I need that also?

Thanks for the additional information. By any chance, do you remember your last integration setup? I'm not sure if the action Create an Item is correct as you're trying to add an update to your existing Monday records.
Could you try changing the action to Create an Update instead?
Also, kindly be informed that we can't reintegrate your forms from our end.
