Having issues with adding conditions.

I am having issues with my conditions on my form. I have one conditions that works but all the other questions don't. For example my question is. What services do you want to book? The value is Haircut. Then there is 3 other questions after. This one works fine but when I ask the same question the and the value is different it doesn't show my other questions. Can this be fixed?

As far as I can check, it is working as expected. If I select both 'Haircut' and 'Wig Haircut', following fields are shown as per the set condition criteria:

For 'Haircut' field:

• How would you describe your hair strand texture? Select as many as apply.
• When is the last time you had your hair cut?
• How would you describe your hair density?

For 'Wig Haircut' field:

• What type of wig do you have?

When I click haircut all the condition fields show. When I click wig cut or anything else it only shows one condition. This is what it should show for each one. I don't understand its all messed up.

Wig haircut

• What type of wig do you have?
• Is there anything else we should know before booking appointment?
• What is your budget?

Wig Consultation

• How would you describe your hair?
• Tell me more about why you are requesting a wig or hair replacement?
• What is your budget?

Wig color

• What type of wig do you have?

• I charge per half hour for a wig. Please describe.
