Can i upload CSV or Exl file in a upload file field in a form and have it create a table automatically which will then prefill another form?

I am useing an estimating software that produces CSV or Exl files. I use the information from this files to produce quotes for clients. I need to upload this file to a form via File Upload Field daily. When fields on another form get automatically populated i can produce and send a beautiful looking pdf quote to client.

Unfortunately, this isn't possible. You can, however, upload your CSV/Excel in your tables and use it to prefill your other forms afterward.

Thanks but thats not an option as this file is dynamic and changes everyday. Plus the upload of the CSV or Exl file sometimes is handled by external department and u cant give them access to my tables. Is there another way? Maybe through linking another app? Or could that be a on option in the future? I've seen few request about that same issue. Maybe is time jotform do something about it 🙆‍♀️

There are actually several requests to use Google Sheets into the Spreadsheet to Form widget so that the source is Dynamic. Would it work for you as well? Kindly confirm and I'll forward this ticket as a Feature Request for our developers to look into.

    Thank you for your confirmation.

I have escalated this as a new feature request for our backend team to consider.

But we cannot guarantee they will go ahead with this development.
