need assist in disabling docusign widget integration

I was exploring the different types of electronic signature options and selected Docusign in the 'Integrations' section of the form, but I don't want it and can't seem uncover how to remove it.

I want to use jotform's basic signature question instead.

There is only one survey in my account named 'Feel Better Now' which is the survey I want to remove Docusign from.

Here's how to remove the widget:

Select it then click the REMOVE button (trash icon) and that's it!

Thank you for the reply. Something odd was happening last night as that element was not present on the form to remove it. All resolved.
