Hi,
I have my form displayed on the Jotform app using my iPad.
I leave it on Kiosk mode the whole day allowing my students to fill out the form.
Over the past few days, the app randomly goes fully white and doesn't interact. I have to close the app and reopen it.
Once it still was playing up until I deleted the app and redownladoed.
Please advise me on how to solve this issue.

When you experience this issue, you can try to clear the app cache. In order to do this, you can check and follow this guide:
