Why all my submission can not sending email

    Today i have some issue, i have a several form that has a conditional logic with "email sending rules". Alot of my form always have a rules to sending to another email. from 2019 until now always working properly but i see from 2 hour ago all submission can not send to email (all email rules is not working properly). And another fact is all submission still show in my dashboard.

    This is the image of all submission today but can not sending to my email as usual.


    Please fix this issue.

    Hello Career.mich,

    I have just cloned your form, filled it out and was able to receive the Autoresponder with the PDF file attached at the email address I have specified in the General Email Address field.

    I can also see that for the submission that was made today on your actual form, the autoresponder was sent to the email specified in the General Email Address field.

    It is possible that these autoresponders might be going to spam, or are being blocked by your email service provider. Please check the spam folder and add these addresses to your contacts list: noreply@formresponse.comnoreply@jotmail.comnoreply@jotform.com.
