In dreamweaver, no matter what method I use to embed form I am unable
to click in the boxes to enter info into the form.
Also, layout is not professional looking with some of the sources.
Yes, I'm trying with the online version of the form.

Well, I guess embedding the form into existing html page with any style sheets attached will cause the form to NOT function at all.
It says for Dreamweaver to just simply click anywhere you want to insert the form and paste the code but it's not that simple. What if you already have a page with navigation, header, promos etc?
Obviously you're going to have some sort of css attached. Are we supposed to create a blank looking page just so the form works?
If anyone knows where I'm going wrong I'd be greatful for any advice.

Hi, have you tried adding the form to Dreamweaver using the iFrame method? This will not conflict with anything in the site. You can customize your form with CSS to make look good with the layout of your site.
Also, you may share with us the ULR of the page where the form is embedded, or If the page isn't live yet, post the code generated by Dreamweaver.
