In my settings I've turned off all emails from Jotform. But I still get an email every time I get a new submission to my form. How do I turn this off?

The mail options in the Settings page you mentioned are not related to the submission. If you'd like to stop notification email of a form, please follow these steps:
- Open the Settings tab.
- Click the Emails on the left menu.
- Delete the notification block.
