The Parent folder can no longer be found on the FOLDERS lists but the tag still appears on the individual forms.

Hello - my work order above from 10-12-21 is still pending; we are missing at least 5 folders. The "parent folder was titled "All Templates" and it had several sub-folders... the folder still appears in its colored bubble when hovering over certain forms but the actual folder is not listed in the side bar or anywhere else... I have clicked on all folders.... PLEASE HELP!
