Clients are finding some fields on my forms don't work

    Hi there,

    I have several forms set up with you. Over Thursday/Friday and Sat/Sun last week I had two clients trying to complete two different forms (hypnotherapy consultation and complementary therapy consultation). Both clients were unable to complete the forms as they could not get their postcodes accepted and one also could not input their date of birth.

    I have tried to recreate the problem, but am having no difficulty at all with the forms. I was wondering whether there was an issue on your website over that time period which may explain the difficulty?

    I need to get to the bottom of this as it doesn't reflect well on me and causes my clients stress and additional work when they can't complete the forms. I have the fields set up as 'required' but with no specific formatting requirement so they could in fact put anything in there and it be accepted (I have tried and tested this too).

    Are you able to shed any light on this for me?

    p.s. as I can't recreate the problem myself I can't send a screenshot. I can supply the URL for the complementary therapy form which was rejecting both the D.O.B. field and the postcode field.

    I cannot recreate the issue you described on my end.

    But speaking from experience, it sounds like the form is not fully downloaded (due to network speed) the moment they enter their date of birth and post code.

    Please ask them to send you their browser console if this ever happen again.

    We need to recreate this issue before we can investigate it.
