I am a business owner for a beauty salon and need to create Consultation forms with medical questions etc. I am not sure how to go about this ? I have downloaded 2 apps , one Jotform and the other is jot form medical ?

The Jotform mobile app, on the other hand, is our standard mobile app. Since you already have an account with Jotform, you may login directly in the Jotform mobile app and use your forms with your smartphone.

Yes, the forms are secure in the Jotform mobile app. I recommend reviewing the Jotform Security page to see why Jotform is secure.

So conclusion is I can create my forms on the standard app and they are still secure ?
how much for the standard app per month please?

We do not limit the functionalities (just the number of submissions, space available etc):

I have accidentally logged my self out by changing my email address )want to add business email not personal !
no idea how to get in as keeps saying you have already added this email?

Are you signin in or signing up? If you're singing up with the email address and getting this error, it means you already have an account with it; so please try to reset your password instead.
