How can I add colors to the form?

    Hi!

    I would like to add colors or a background to my form. Is it possible?

    Also, I would like to add a question to my form in which the person can put the options from 1 to 5, OR a question with LOTS of options to check things from.

    Thank you for reaching out. 

    You can customize your form's look and color in the Form Designer.

    If you need to customize it even further, you can also enter the Advanced Designer, by clicking on the button to the left of the Save button.

    Further, you can add however many options you want to both the Single Choice field and Multiple Choice field, the only difference being one allows for only one answer to be selected, while the other allows for multiple. You can find both options under Basic Form Elements.
