How to add appointment time to Auto Responder emaill.

    Good Morning,

    I am trying to add the patient's appointment time to the auto responder email that gets sent to the form submitter. Is there a way to add appointment time to the "Form Fields" drop down so that this can happen?

    Hello,

    I logged in to my account and I do not see the appointment field show up as above. It is actually all of my forms where this is an issue. I have a Janssen, Moderna, Pfizer, Flu, Other, and Pfizer 5-11 form.

    Hi,

    I have checked all the forms you have provided and I was able to pick the Appointment Form Fields as shown on the image that I provided on my previous answer.

    I will escalate this to our development team so that they can further investigate this issue.

    Hi,

    We apologize for the inconvenience this have caused you.
    Upon further testing it seems that you have set your Appointment fields as PHI.
    Since the Appointment fields are protected it is not possible to use them for email.
