I have created a form that is transmitted over HTTPS that includes the smooth signature widget. It worked for a couple of weeks but we recently started getting an error that it couldn't load the signature pane since it is being submitted over HTTP instead of HTTPS.
This changed overnight as we had several submissions working until now. Anyhting I can do to change this?

I was able to reproduce the problem. I have now brought this to our developers attention so they can fixed this as soon as possible. You will be informed here once this is fixed.
Our apologies for any inconveniences caused.

We have another signature feature. Can you try using that for the time being?

Just for the record, I ran into the same issue with smooth signature not generating an https URL for the secure form. I switched to the e-signature template, and it works great.

Thank you for bringing this to our notice. It seems the issue with smooth signature is fixed now.
Since you've already switched to e-signature, you may continue using this. Please get back to us if you need further assistance. We are happy to assist you.
