Unable to complete Jotform entries

When completing Jotform entries via app on Iphone and Andriod we are getting an error.

For Iphones the app after completion of form directs us to a website with a blank screen and a small Captcha icon that hangs when clicking "I am human" box. Then going back to the app it is frozen.

For Androids it shows submitted but nothing is submitted.

Both applications were working prior to today.

Please advise if more info is required.

This reCaptcha shows automatically once the system registers something suspicious.

If you have a paid account - we can remove this option in order to prevent showing reCaptcha.
