PayPal Integration: Removing option to pay with credit card

I created a second form last week and I need to only allow for PayPal payments, no credit card payments. I was able to do it on the first form I created, but now I cannot figure it out.

To remove the Credit Card option, you will need to enter the Payment Settings. Here you need to disable the relevant option, then click Continue to ensure the changes are saved.
