    Changing font

    Asked by CathyEllis on March 19, 2014 at 07:53 PM

    Hi there,

    I am having some problem changing the font of all of my forms.

    I save it and it hasn't changed - when I go back in, it says 'undefined' - Is there a gliche?

    Also, I am finding similar issues (prob more) acually when updating the forms in chrome. Have you heard of this?

    Ie, one thing is being able to drop and drag the questions around.

    Thanks

    Cathy

    Hello Cathy,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Upon checking, I am unable to change the font on my form and it does save as expected. I believe you should not have any issue with chrome browser.

    I would suggest you to please clear your browser cache once and see if that helps you. The following guide should help you :  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

    BTW, which font family you are trying to select, we will also take a look here.

    Please be noted that you can also inject the following custom css in your form to change the font of your form:

    .form-all, .form-all label, .form-all input, .form-all select, .form-all button, .form-all textarea

    {font-family: 'Arial', normal;}

    The following guide should help you in injecting the above css code:  http://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

    Thank you!
