How to create a list that can be filled in for al the group to see.

I need to make a spread sheet with a fillable sign up section. They can see who signed up for what? Do you have something like that.

I'm not quite sure about the feature you're looking but we have a Spreadsheet widget that you can add to your form https://www.jotform.com/widgets/spreadsheet. This widget is fillable and you can also predefine values in its settings. However, previous submissions can't be seen in this field if that's what you're looking for.

If you want users to see previous submissions in the form, you can create a Grid Listing or HTML Table report in your form then get the iframe embed code and embed it into your form using the Paragraph tool. Example:
