HIPAA: Passwords are not saved for PDFs and Notfication emails are inconsistent

    I really not been happy with jotform lately. I created a new intake form that is HIPAA compliant. I'm finding that the email notifications have been inconsistent at best. I also have to go in and reenter the passwords for the PDFs almost weekly, or these email don't get sent. I go in to the email I've set up and under the advanced tab there is always a red dot asking me to enter a pw. I do this then a week later, it is asking me to do it again. VERY ANNOYING. Please look into this.
