We have all our forms integrating with Google Drive and ConstantContact. Everything works nicely but every once in a while the integrations fail for no apparent reason. We have to disconect and then reconnect in order for the integrations to work.
Do you know what causes that? Will any form updates may be responsible?

Our sincere apologies for any inconveniences caused. I couldn't be certain how this happens, it could be a failure/updates on the 3rd party services or it might be a temporary problem with Jotform. If it's from Jotform, we assure you that it should continue to work as it is. However, if it does occur continuously, feel free to let us know here and we'd be happy to assist you further. Unfortunately, as for now, the only way to resolved this is to re-integrate the form on the form builder.Thanks and sorry for any troubles caused. Regards!
