Hi—
I am building a form, and when I hide some items (both text boxes and questions), they still appear in the final form. This form has a good number of conditionals, and hiding elements is necessary to minimize customer confusion.
Please let me know what the fix is. Seems like this should be a simple issue to solve, but I'm coming up short.

Hi there,
Happy to help!
I made a cloned of your form 212027155021136 and was unable to pinpoint the fields that are meant to be hidden but show: it looked like each condition is functioning as expected.
Could you please confirm with us what fields you are seeing shown on your form that should be hidden?
I have also cleared your form caches, just in case.
We look forward to your response!

Hi Katherine, thanks for getting back to me. I was on a deadline and completely redesigned the form and got it to work—I think there were some conditional logic terms that were interfering with one another.
Thank you for taking a look!
