I need a direct contact due to a billing problem

    yesterday I asked for a refund for a wrong  billing. You refunded me but as far as I can see my plan is 1 month 1000 modules. I have some doubts about what my position is at the moment. Do I really have the 1000 modules for a month as I have requested or you have totaly refunded me so I have to wait for the refund and do again the request of upgrading from free to 1 month? At the moment I see  my account as Premium $9,95 1 month I supose.I need this info asp due to the fact that my activities are working on the forms and we are an adwords customer.

    Hello tiscali2013,

    Upon checking our records, I found that your subscription was cancelled yesterday by my colleague and the refund was also processed.

    Your account is downgraded to free plan where you have the submission limit of 100 submissions.
