Unfortunately, it is not possible to map the product field on the PDF Form.

If you want to map the products on the form then you would have to use the native fields like the short text entry field.

You need to configure the products outside the payment integration.

You may consider the Multiple Choice, Dropdown options to configure the products as well as the quantities.

Then using the Form Calculation widget you can add them up.

Next, pass the calculated amount to the Payment field.

As the form works well as it is, it is just the PDF not replicating the order, I think I will leave things as they are.
