Help Needed !

    I have contacted you some weeks ago about my problems with Jotform.

    I log in, go to my forms, log in again, select form, log in again, select something else & you guessed it log in AGAIN ! and on & and on.

    Could you send me a new setup file. This is driving me crazy and wasting so much time.

    This just happened as previously the program ran like a Swiss watch.

    Are you referring to the Jotform mobile app? You can use the instructions in the guide below to see how you can download the latest version of the Jotform app.

    Please make sure that you delete it from your mobile device first. Let us know if you need further assistanec.

    Hi,In actual fact my mobile app on my phone works very well. No problems
    at all.
    It is the program that I have om my PC which used to work fine suddemly
    started with the constant logins.

    Is the issue related to the account Kinnane? The session should last for 2 hours. How often do you have to log in? Please clear your browser cache to see if that will resolve the issue. You can also try to use a different browser or device.
