Saved form does not show entered details

Asked by activesalisbury on March 20, 2014 at 05:36 AM

I have a grants application form that people can complete in stages, they save the form and can return to complete.

however, an applicant spent some time completing 75% of the form, saved it and returned later to complete the form only to find that all entered details were lost.

Here is the link to the form

Please could you see if you can recover the details and identify the problem

    Many thanks

    Hi Annie,

I checked your form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/40414382243951 and found the time to live of stored data is set to 1 day.

It is possible to lost the saved data if it expires already after 1 day.

Please double check also that this is not reason the user loses the saved data.
