Hi there,
How do I create a list in Hubspot based on the leads that are coming in via jotform? It says in your documentation that it should be possible but neither I or hubspot's support can figure out how to do it.
Thanks,

Thank you for reaching support,
Upon checking the form, I see that you have already integrated with Hubspot and had the fields connected:
Are the values not passed to Hubspot?
If so, I will clear your form cache so please remove the integration by disconnecting it and re-integrate, make a test submission and let us know if the issue still persists.
Here is the related guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/551-how-to-integrate-jotform-with-hubspot-crm/.
Awaiting your response.
Best.

Hi there,
Yes the fields are populated, but I need a trigger in order to create a list. For submissions via a hubspot form I can choose to filter on "Form submission" in hubspot, but Jotforms don't appear there.
A workaround would be to create a new property in Hubspot and make it a hidden field in Jotform (something like "submitted form xyz" but I want to avoid creating too many customer properties if possible, if there is a better way.

Hi,
I have tested the integration and tested it a few times but I do not believe it is possible to create a list in HubSpot form submissions using the integration.
Could you let us know where in the documentation is it stated?
As far as I can tell, your method would be the ebst5 way to do it.
