Empty PDF Link

I seriously need help with understanding why the Fillable PDF I created continues to view as an empty page⁉️

It seems like the PDF you have created is not a "fillable" PDF. In order to create a fillable PDF,

• Click Edit Form from My Forms page

• Click PDF from Publish tab

• Click Download

• Click continue in the prompt window

• Finally, uncheck Preview PDF slider

And you will be ready to go!

I did that when I created the form and entered all of the information in the 2nd screenshot that has all of the GoToLady content in it.

The craziest thing is, I still have the screen with all of the content still up on my computer, and am scared to close the tab for fear of losing my content .... Is there not a customer service number to reach a live individual?

I just discovered 347-624-5569, called, no-one answered, and the line cannot accept any messages.

Businesses of today really need to at least have live customer service to assist their customer base #ThisMilleniumWorldIsSoFrustrating

Phone support is only available to Enterprise users and this is our only method of support otherwise.

In looking at your form, it seems like you might be trying to create a Smart PDF form that maps form fields to a PDF then you will need to create a new form and use the import from PDF feature.

If you're just trying to make a fillable PDF form, it's empty because you have added no form fields to your form. A fillable PDF is just a PDF file where you can fill in the answers to your form on it and submit from the file.
